Helpthe.dev provides an AI-powered CV review and feedback service. Users may upload their CV or résumé and receive automated, AI-generated feedback. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis and is intended for informational purposes only.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
4. Payments and Credits
Certain features of the Service require the purchase of credits. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
5. User Content
By uploading your CV or any other content to the Service, you grant Helpthe.dev a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell or share your CV content with third parties.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: uploading malicious files, attempting to reverse-engineer the platform, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the AI-generated feedback will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use the Service at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helpthe.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
